Global Star Capital's process for working with clients and projects has been formulated to achieve maximum results. Please review our steps below and read our entire website to familiarize yourself with our protocol and expedite the handling of your project or loan request. WE WILL NOT CHANGE OUR PROTOCOL. If you are a broker or intermediary, please make sure that you complete the section of the project application with your contact information.
Commercial or Intellectual Property Projects

2. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US WHAT RATES, TERMS, FEES AND CONDITIONS ARE OR WILL BE ON YOUR PROJECT. WE WILL NOT KNOW RATES, TERMS, FEES AND CONDITIONS UNTIL AFTER WE REVIEW YOUR PROJECT (FOR FREE), SPEAK WITH YOU VIA TELEPHONE (FOR FREE) AND THEN ARE ABLE TO FIND A WILLING SOURCE (WHO WILL BE THE ENTITY THAT WILL DISCUSS RATES ETC.) AFTER YOU ENGAGE OUR SERVICES AND POST A FACE TO FACE MEETING WITH OUR FOUNDER. PLEASE FOLLOW OUR PROTOCOL PERFECTLY. THOSE WHO FOLLOW OUR PROTOCOL SUCCEED, THOSE WHO DO NOT FAIL.
3. FULLY COMPLETE the Project Application in the "PROJECT APPLICATION" SECTION of the website. Please then e-mail your full business plan and all pertinent information directly to our Founder, Mr. Cocovich rich@globalstarcapital.com.
4. After review and acceptance of your Project Application, your FULL AND COMPLETE BUSINESS PLAN, your PRO-FORMA or Financial Projections etc., Mr. Cocovich will either call you directly or request a telephone conference call to discuss all vital information.
5. After the call with Mr. Cocovich, he will assess the potential of your project and decide if a face to face meeting will be offered to you. He will explain this during your call.
6. After a face to face meeting and assuming that an engagement offer is made and subsequently executed by you, Mr. Cocovich will immediately begin your process by creating and administering a game plan for entertaining a real and true funding source. This process has been perfected based on many years of experience (since 1991). We know exactly what the lending sources need and want. We deal with their underwriters/facilitators daily and covet our relationships with them.
7. Global Star Capital and Mr. Cocovich will be your guiding professionals in working with the source, the source's underwriters or facilitators and deal directly with them or their decision making teams.
8. You will go through a due diligence phase and then closing.
